TERMS AND CONDITIONS – NO REFUNDS POLICY
FATOSA, LLC | EARLEENA FATOSA

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Fatosa, LLC, a limited liability company, and you ("Client"). By purchasing coaching services, Client agrees to the following terms:

1. NO REFUNDS POLICY
Client acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Due to the nature of coaching, which involves the delivery of proprietary strategies, intellectual property, and personalized guidance, Fatosa, LLC does not offer refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once payment has been made.

2. PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
Client understands that upon enrollment, they are responsible for the full payment of the coaching program, regardless of participation, completion, or perceived outcomes. Failure to attend sessions, complete coursework, or implement strategies does not exempt Client from their financial obligation.

3. NO CHARGEBACKS OR DISPUTES
Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks, disputes, or reversals with their financial institution or payment provider. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of this Agreement, and Fatosa, LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover any outstanding amounts, plus applicable fees and damages.

4. PROGRAM ACCESS & COMMITMENT
Client acknowledges that coaching services require active participation and a commitment to implementation. Results are dependent on Client’s effort, execution, and business factors beyond the control of Fatosa, LLC. Therefore, no guarantees are made regarding specific income results or business success.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY
All materials, templates, strategies, and coaching methodologies provided within the program are the exclusive intellectual property of Fatosa, LLC and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

6. AMENDMENTS & GOVERNING LAW
Fatosa, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

By purchasing and participating in this coaching program, Client agrees to these binding terms.
